“Simply put, it didn’t work. Over the course of the exchange, customer support kept adding more reasons: first saying dark circles can initially look darker, then saying the first kit is mainly to check tolerance, and finally that results typically require 2–3 kits. This is not what Dr V says in her videos. It’s a much bigger investment than I was initially led to believe.”
