“Lee Rout is 'simply the best' - Senior Mortgage Broker!!! Also, in the Phoenix Team - Farrah Mills, Abby Hunter and Aaron Barthorpe - who have all been amazing. I had met a few brokers before coming to Simply and no one has been this good. This has been the best financial service and experience I have ever received. I highly recommend Simply, and I will use them again. It has been like a family business. Lee has so much patience and is extremely knowledgeable. They all deserve 10/10 stars. Thank you so much for all your hard work! It took so long to find the right house for me, and Lee was so supportive and helpful. I just can't thank you enough. I will be back for re-mortgage time in 5 years!!”

“I was told no by other so called whole of market brokers but Simply were different. No over the top promises just honest hard working people. Adrian clearly has fantastic knowledge of the market and will find the best deal for your situation. Yes there is a fee charged but charged once to save me hundreds a month and get a mortgage when I needed it. For as long as I can get a mortgage with Adrian I will.”

“I approached Simply really thinking I had no chance of getting a mortgage. They worked hard for me and kept me informed of the process all the way through. Once packaged and submitted, I thought I would have to answer loads of questions but the quality packaging meant the mortgage was offered in no time at all. I will soon be the proud owner of a beautiful little cottage thanks to Simply and Bluestone. A big thanks to Lee, Henri and all the team at Simply. I was more than happy to pay a fee for such a great, professional service.”

“I approached Simply early in 2021 when I only dreamed of obtaining a mortgage. Alex and Charlotte were fantastic from the start and made me feel at ease from the start! The whole team is very professional and really have a wealth of experience and knowledge. Communication throughout was excellent and my case was not delayed due to a specific person being absent. Zoe and Tia helped to make sure my documents were in order and my mortgage offer received with no delay. Thank you all for helping me to secure my first home!”

“The process from beginning to end was flawless. This was a new application as previous Offer Of Loan was due to expire with Nationwide as my new build was not ready in time. Shelagh Dixon and her team jumped quickly to secure my new rate with Nationwide with great advise this time securing my rate for 5yrs giving the current financial situation with our country. Today, I received my second offer from the Nationwide and would like to thank both Shelagh along Tia Russel for making this so smooth. Thank you Tia for keeping me in the loop it eased my nerves ! They took a very nervous at times sceptical customer through her journey and it went very smoothly, as all front end requirements were exhausted before application. I would recommend the team 100% and trust the advise. Thank you Shelagh for this step in my new journey and see you in 5yrs for my remortgage !”
