“From beginning to end these guys were the most professional, thorough and knowledgeable people. My husband and I are self-employed and ready to buy our first property but he had some adverse credit and navigating the mortgage market when you own your own company is a lot! Jamie was the broker that was responsible for getting us the offer and he went above and beyond to seal the deal. Every time I called I was satisfied with the results I was getting from them, even when there were setbacks and delays they always reassured me, and at one point Abby the case manager was chasing the lender and emailing me daily to put my mind at ease. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for a mortgage whether they have adverse credit or not. You will not be disappointed. Thanks to you all for everything!”

“Shelagh and Henri have been marvellous. They are efficient friendly and professional. Shelagh in particular is an asset to the company. She’s funny and really easy to talk to. “We’ve just had our mortgage offer following our fixed rate coming to an end. We initially used Simply two years ago and this is our second engagement with them. I have to say that this is what excellent customer service looks like. A fantastic and smooth experience from beginning to end. A special thank you to Matthew Nurcombe and Henri Challis who have been there through every step in the process. Both have always been on hand to answer questions and nothing is ever any trouble. They have kept us informed via telephone and email, so we always knew what was happening. A massive thank you for making this so easy.”

“These guys were nothing short of amazing. After years of believing a mortgage was unobtainable even with a large a deposit due to previous adverse history the guys at simply got us from mortgage in principal to full offer in just over 4 weeks. From speaking with Alex Gauld whose knowledge of the specialist market was amazing through to Henri Challis who finalised our underwriting everyone at simply knew exactly what to do and how to do it well. During our application we fell foul to the jump in rates but Alex was very clear with what this meant for us but helped us every step of the way and helped with our affordability. Honestly these guys are nothing short of miracle workers and I couldn’t recommend them enough to anyone who believes a mortgage is unobtainable. It’s hands down been the best money I’ve spent in my life!!”

“It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Ava, Lilly and the rest of the team. They were knowledgable, friendly and very professional. They dealt with my nervousness and questions with patience and kindness and never once made me feel like a nuisance. I was so worried that I wasn't going to be approved for my remortgage and I still can't believe how quick and easy the whole process was. I can't thank them enough for all their help.”

“After years of no hope of getting a mortgage due to my husbands IVA even after it had finished and has been removed off his credit file we were still struggling massively! I approached Aime who has been absolutely amazing start to finish!! Always fast in replying to any questions, reassuring me at every turn throughout the process! We finally have our mortgage offer! Big shout out to Regan also she was fab! Thank you for all your hard work and helping us finally get on the ladder and buy our lovely new home!!”

“Having had major difficulty remortgaging my property, eventually I was introduced to Geoff at Simply Lending Solutions. Although something that I was told should be straightforward turned into a slogfest and something which I thought was never going to happen, Geoff reassured me. Through no fault of Simply or myself things just continued to drag on, goal posts would move and I truly believed we would have to leave things as they were, Geoff continued in his calm manner and said your patience will be rewarded. Today his words came to be and everything is now signed and sealed. If it wasn't for Geoff something we needed to happen wouldn't have been completed. He as explained everything in detail at every juncture and made sure I understood the process at every step, including any pitfalls I may face. There is a reason for using professionals in their chosen field but even then you still have to have trust in their abilities. Hand on heart I would recommend Geoff to anyone who needs a mortgage and I will definitely go back to him in the future. Once again thank you for all your hard work, John Annable.”

“Had been working with another company and kept getting town. Contacted Simply and got an Agreement in Principle within 24 hours. The mortgage offer followed within 10 days of putting the application in. Managed to do this for 2 properties in one go. Geoff was my adviser and is worth his weight in gold. Talked through each stage and was at the end of the phone to answer any questions. Couldn't ask for a better service...Simply First Class”
