“They are BRILLIANT. Jamie Percy and the team have done an awesome job. I was not at all sure I would get the mortgage for a low-interest rate considering my credit score and that too from a high street lender and it was all done so quickly. Hats off to you Jamie. Thank you again”

“Alex, Aaron and Carmen were very professional throughout our mortgage journey. They were great at communicating and gave honest and helpful feedback promptly. “The service offered from the begging of the process up until the end has been nothing but outstanding. “I had found it frustratingly difficult to obtain an AIP with various mortgage intermediaries until I spoke again with Daniel Hill - Daniel had sourced a mortgage previously but it was outside my affordability at the time. Daniel was extremely helpful and looked at all options that he could to source a mortgage for me. Daniel certainly went the extra mile due to my circumstances and I am very, very grateful for his support in my mortgage journey.”

“Absolutely brilliant!!!….From the initial call to the offer of mortgage, we have been kept updated and informed. Alex Wright was amazing, he found us a mortgage even when we thought it might be impossible. His colleagues, Joe, Lewis and of course Farrah were excellent. “Highly recommend this company. They did what others failed to do in a complicated remortgaging process. “Simply amazing! If Simply say they can get you a mortgage they will get you one! We had multiple complexities with our case (bad credit- recent arrears and 1 large unsatisfied default, complex employment- 1 agency job 1 bank/0 hours contract, gifted deposit etc) but a good sized deposit and reasonably good income. There were times I thought it would never happen but have faith, Simply won't submit your application unless it makes sense to the lender. We now have our offer at a reasonable interest rate and Simply don't just recommend you a lender they hold your hand through the whole process, most documents are requested in pre underwriting and checked over before going to the lender. Special thanks to Jamie, Paige and Jackie you are the best”
