“They simply get the job done! I had 2 CCJs and Simply helped me get a mortgage offer from a high street bank in less than 2 weeks. I spoke with Mr Adrian Lynn and discussed everything on the phone and was asked to provide documents through email. Mr Adrian Lynn and the team (Farrah Mills, Senita Daniels and Mrs Caroline Raxworthy-Beckett) were all very helpful and professional. Always there to answer any questions. They reply back to emails really quickly, sometimes within minutes. They always update you; all throughout the process. The best service I have received in a while. The fees of £1995 is worth every penny! They don’t charge anything upfront. They only charge once you receive your mortgage offer. I never leave reviews online but I had to leave a review for this company. I recommend them to everyone as they are the real deal. They simply get the job done! They’re very good at what they do and seems like everyone working at Simply love what they do! Thank you so much!”

Working as a team is a conscious decision to ensure that your case is covered 7 days a week as opposed to just matching an individual brokers working pattern, I do understand the desire to only have one point of contact though. Most importantly though, congratulations on receiving a mortgage offer!

“I had 1 CCJ, Payday Loan and miss Payment, I was rejected for Mortgage by one bank. I did a search for bad credit mortgage and come across Simply Mortgage Specialist. Excellent service I’m glad I spoke to Alex and the team at Simply Mortgage Specialist which they gave me good advice. I was happy with the professional service provided by the team who promptly responded to all my requests and efficiently organised my Mortgage. I would like to thank Aime Grieves for everything, all her help and support and hard work in getting this over the line for us, no question ever unanswered, emails/ calls always returned. So friendly and approachable, customer service 10/10. I don't feel thanking Aime is enough, to be honest, and whilst this has been a virtual experience, I feel like I was always speaking to an old friend, not being judged, just open and honest, reassuring us when we felt a little overwhelmed and really being patient with all my questions and taking the time to explain things to me, much appreciated. “This team were amazing. I had an average deposit earning average money I was self employed and had a default on my credit! Not only did they get me a mortgage but they got me an interest rate I didn’t think possible! Hayley Nicole and Farrah reassured me all the way through the process that everything was on track when I thought things were looking bad. I couldn’t believe how much effort went in to finding me a mortgage! Top team!”
