“Blown away by the support and effort I received from this company, I didn’t think I’d get a mortgage, nearly gave up, I came across simply on Google, thought what the hell let’s try them, from the first call I felt confident, and 2 weeks later I have my mortgage offer secured, Adrian, Lauren and Ava, have me plenty of advice, great communication, and friendly to deal with, I can’t thank them enough for the support through it, and ultimately getting me my mortgage at an excellent competitive rate, thank you guys!”

“I am so glad I contacted Simply. I honestly thought it would be impossible to get a mortgage with my credit history but the team constantly reassured me and pulled out all the stops to get us an amazing deal. Adrian, Farrah and Jack were always on hand to discuss the progress of our case and answered all email correspondence quickly. Simply do charge a broker fee but this is only payable on them getting you a mortgage offer and all I can say is it's worth every last penny. Would highly recommend this company to anyone needing help with a mortgage.”

“Professional friendly office, Caroline was amazing from the moment I sat down. Explained all options in detail and full process explained throughout. It was such a pleasure to deal with Caroline and her whole team at the Great Baddow office, nothing was too much for them. The seamless communication within the team in like no other. If I phone and caseworker isn't available I'm helped fully by whoever answers the phone rather than having messages taken not being passed on and then not receiving call backs. When I finish my call I always have a full answer to anything that I need. The Great Baddow team are the best mortgage team that I have dealt with and that's something after spending the last 15 years working in the banking world.”

“My case manager Senita was absolutely brilliant from start to finish! It was a very difficult and complex case and at times I felt like I was losing my mind but thanks to Senita for always being there and for keeping me informed every step of the way. “Could not recommend more!! We was close to giving up on our purchase when our current application was going on for over 3 months. When we approached Jamie he reassured us and had a mortgage agreed in principle for us the next day at an amazing rate. We received our formal mortgage offer within 2 weeks which was £300 a month cheaper and now have a completion date arranged. Thank you so much Jamie and Henri.”
