“Excellent from start to finish. Dealt with Reiss from the very start, he was clearly very knowledgeable and reassuring throughout. Also dealt with Curtis who was great. Well worth the fee!”

“Amazing service by simply. I was wary about how i would get on applying for a mortgage with my past credit, but the team at simply made the process so effortless, i was given regular updates throughout, assurance, and the whole application was completed so quickly. Massive thank you to Nicole Gee who overseen the case, Alex wright and Liz Cunningham who have all helped me so secure my dream home and a brilliant mortgage! I could not recommend this company enough, i would use them again in future. The fee is worth every penny and only paid once you have received an offer which is great.”

“Excellent customer service throughout the whole process. The lender was making me jump through a lot of hoops but my case manager,Karen, made it as stress free as she possibly could. It was a long road but we got there in the end 😊”

“I needed a lifetime mortgage to purchase my new house. I was initially dubious about lifetime mortgages, but Simon at Simply was very patient in taking me through how lifetime mortgages work, the pros and cons, and the deal he had been able to get for me.i wouldn’t have been able to buy my house without his help. He also went the extra mile in chasing the solicitors to get the purchase completed. High recommended Thank you!!!”

“Unrivalled Caring Customer Service with a heart! I know you’re probably reading this just like me, with the same heavy heart wondering whether you should phone Simply or just give up mid-mortgage application, but I can tell you first-hand that this company is amazing! The people are the company and believe me when I say they know their stuff and genuinely care about getting you a mortgage and securing your perfect home. As a self-confessed overthinker/worrier and first-time buyer, I would have broken down and given up at the first hurdle (due to the overwhelming feeling of shame that trying to get a mortgage after bad credit/a lot of debt can bring), but Nicole never let me down and kept me updated throughout the entire process as both my pre-underwriter and case handler. Nicole was personable, kind, communicative and I felt like she was rooting for me and my partner throughout the entire underwriting process with a high-street lender. What’s amazing to me is how they so expertly find a perfect balance between professionalism and approachability. Our application was with the lenders underwriting team for longer than expected and this naturally sent me into despair, but Nicole and Matthew (my wonderful broker) always reassured me and provided only an optimistic and realistic outlook. I never walked away from a phone call or email doubting their ability to both package an application and match it with the right lender for our circumstances. Once the decision of our offer came through, Nicole called me and the news was delivered so genuinely – how many companies would sound like they just got the house with you? Only Simply and their wonderful team! Nicole was genuinely thrilled, the relief was overwhelming to both me and my partner and I think this outcome is something we could only ever have achieved with Simply. I wish now in hindsight that I would have trusted the process more and realised underwriters will request income documentation (it doesn’t mean their planning a no already) and that affordability will sometimes fail by a margin but that hurdles can be overcome with the solutions Simply always present. My hope is that this review helps the next excessive worrier from sleepless nights. Trust me: the repetitive strain and mental torture that refreshing your email inbox causes isn’t worth it haha; when Simply gets an update from the lender you will know too – communication from this company is amazing. I also think it’s important to mention that we thought we were 1-year away from being ‘mortgage-worthy’ when we initially called Simply and got Matthew on the other end of the phone. We were just making enquiries but within less than 24 hours Matthew had us an AIP with a high-street lender (at a truly amazing rate) and a week later our offer on a new-build had been accepted. What scares me now is that I may never have called and spoke to Matthew, but I do believe in fate and I think the house is meant to be our home. But if you haven’t phoned Simply yet, go do it and trust me when I say they’ll only approach a lender if they think it’s a realistic goal. Nicole and Matthew thank you from the bottom of our hearts! What you’ve done for us both is truly life-changing and I’ve never been so ecstatic to pay £1995 in my life! Personally, I don’t think this is enough for what you guys do when you factor in the level of the service and the amount you’ve saved us on our fantastic 5-year fixed rate mortgage deal. We’ll be back in 5 years so that you can hopefully secure us another amazing deal when we remortgage. I will miss your emails Nicole haha but the decision came at the perfect time and we’re now with the Solicitor’s and expecting to complete on our property by end of March if all goes quickly. Thanks so much!”

“I don't even know where to start. We were at a loss as we had been turned down by another advisor who dealt with specialist lending. I was utterly deflated and felt that there was no hope. I started the usual Google searches and came across Simply. I started reading the reviews as you are doing now and did not believe it, I was thinking nope, this can't be true. I told my husband and he told me that if the past advisor couldn't help then no one could. I thought it was worth a try, 1 last attempt as there was no fee until offer so what did we have to lose. Thank Goodness I did!! From the first phonecall with Alex Gauld, the process was nothing short of amazing, Alex was understanding and within a few hours, he had some options for us. Alex was knowledgeable and even with some hurdles, he had other options. He was always on hand to answer any questions and reassure us. We were then passed to Tracey Miller who went above and beyond and was great, her job involves asking some personal questions and she does it so respectfully, it makes the process much easier. We were then passed to Farrah Mills for the final part, Farrah, just like Alex and Tracey provided an excellent service, we never had to chase anything as Farrah was already on the case. Nothing was too much trouble, she went above and beyond for us. We got a phonecall from Farrah today to say that she had received our OFFER. I was speechless, I still don't think it has sunk in. Our case was complex and it didn't help that the property we were buying was also complex but we have our offer. Simply has exceeded any expectations we had. My advice is do it! Make the phonecall to Simply, you have nothing to lose. Thank You Alex, Tracey & Farrah, you have made our dream come true.”

“I was very sceptical at first as really didn’t think anyone could help. Jamie was an absolute star and reassured me, advice was top notch and also kept me focussed. He was on hand and when the first sale fell through, he ensured everything was ready within a day and submitted for the second property. Kerry took over as the caseworker and I honestly can’t hold her anymore in high regards, she was an absolute trooper. The valuation came back and property needed some things sorting, she was there every step of the way. She’s an asset to the company and for people like me, she was amazing. Mortgage offered and house is weeks away. This is by a genuine person who got in a muddle when a relationship broke down. Ps I’d pay the fees again I’m a heartbeat for the graft that went into this.”
