“When I purchased my safety razor I’d never used one before, and honestly I’m over the moon with it! My legs feel so soft after I’ve shaved them, it’s really easy to use and I don’t get any razor bumps or razor burn either. I definitely recommend others given them a try!”

“Overall great products and great company! Customer service was extremely quick to respond to my query over email (under 2 hours!) and Dean was really lovely and helpful. The little handwritten note in my order was a really nice touch aswell - it makes you feel like you're purchasing from actual people rather than a company robot. Will be ordering from Shoreline again in the future :)”

“Well - I wouldn’t call it a “safety razor” for starters. I ended up with shave burn on my thighs and shaving rash / blood spots all over my legs! And to top it all off half of my leg came off on the blade. A bit too close of a shave for my liking. The only thing I did like was that it was effective in getting the very fine hairs that standard razors don’t remove! (You know the ones on your thighs)”

Thanks for the review Heather! It sounds like you are doing one of two things, or both: applying too much pressure (you shouldn't ever apply pressure, let the razor do the work) or your bottom head plate is upside down (and you're applying pressure). Our razors are closed comb with a scalloped edge, so they're not aggressive like open comb razors. Please please please refer to our Ultimate Shaving Guide before attempting another shave. Pressure, angle and patience are key to a smooth and clean shave.
