“The advisor that delt with my policies was Lloyd Brown who I found to be very professional and gave us lots of options to consider regarding our policies, he was very patient as it took a few phone calls to get to the right decision, I would definitely recommend his service which is why I gave him a 5 star rating,thanks Elaine.”

“Exceptionally helpful and extremely well organised with a professional respect for the customer. Telephone communication used, supported promptly by email. Very supportive in seeking best insurance options and ensuring satisfaction. No pressure applied and always prepared to listen to your opinion which is a breath of fresh air compared to other organisations that communicate using infuriating auto chat systems. Full marks for my Real Life Advice contact Graham. He has an excellent telephone manner and I know he will be organised for next renewal too, so that’s one less thing for me to worry about in this awfully dehumanising world of AI and autochat.”
