QV products are the best cleansers and moisturisers and they keep my skin healthy, calm and silky soft. So much so that I have now thrown away all the over priced rubbish in my cupboards. “Your customer service is either negligent or non-existent. On September 15th I wrote a letter requesting a return address label. I had mistakenly ordered 100g QV Cream ( moisturising) instead of 1050g. I also added that your graphics are misleading, when, even on the online invoice, a 1050g pump is displayed for a 100g tube. It is ridiculous, that a graphic does not visually represent what is being sold. I had written a letter, since I could not communicate via the Contacts page. It would not accept my post code even though it had been entered accurately. I mentioned this in the letter. On October 3rd I emailed QV with my letter attached. On both occasions, September 15 and October 3rd, I did not receive a reply. This is an appalling situation form a company, that wants to appear professional. Regards. Peter”
