“The item I received was not as shown in the picture on the website. I wanted a side mount reg with output straight to allow for a beating flow meter. That's what was shown on the site, but I got one with output at a 45 degree angle and you can't use a flow meter on. It. Reported this to them by email but no response, hence a 3 star review. I have what I didn't want so mot best happy but it works.”

Hi Steven, Thank you for your constructive review and your positive comments. We are striving to get to a next day delivery however with supply issues sometimes that isn't possible so we like to state 3-5 working days on our website to ensure customers have that expectation, most of the time it is a next day delivery and im sorry we didn't manage that with your order this time. Our carriage costs are free for orders over £100 and for anything under that we only charge what we are being charged by DPD, we have used cheaper alternatives but the service they have provided has been substandard.
