“Website is awful and clunky and does not have a working email interface. Prices average and availability also of what is a good range of products. If you can locate a real person , which is difficult , then customer service is good. Unfortunately the IT systems at Part-Box are decades behind the times. Invest or disappear.”

We've actually been in the process of developing a new website platform for a while now, due to launch very soon. It's a lot better than our current platform and resolves the performance issues you mentioned. Watch this space...
