I am not happy, i placed my order on the 24th March and 11 days later i am given an update and told that the jeans i wanted are out of stock.
It also said at confirmation that orders generally take 3-7 days!
I made the order mainly for the jeans and only added the other 2 items because i had secured the jeans.
I would appreciate if u can find the jeans i purchased and paid for and take back the refund.

Follow thru on emails of queries is a concern - particularly when they are related to the same query... today we received new jacket - but nobody took the old jacket..... v frustrating”
