“I find the sizing very small. This is the second jacket I purchased and I had to return the first. The sizing is way off and on this item I would definitely recommend at least two sizes up. It is quite annoying when ordering online”

“I am happy with the products but I find sizing can be strange. I am put off by this at the moment as I am ordering things to try and then have to pay âŹ9+ to send it back if it doesnât fit. Perhaps during covid you could consider free or reduced return postage. I probably wonât order again until after covid where I can have the option to return to a store. Also, I had a faulty item which I had to send back and it cost me âŹ9 to do so, I emailed customer services and they initially replied and then stopped so I just sent it back myself and had to foot the postage bill.”
