“I’m extremely disappointed with my purchase from you. I bought a selection of masks. They arrived I’ve only opened one of them to discover they have a string instead of an elastic & no means to tighten the string so the mask will not fit as it falls away from my face. Your customer care say they can’t supply any solution or accept returns which is disgraceful as I bought on line & it doesn’t state that they are not adjustable so I’m disgusted with your response- I’m a retail manager & would NEVER treat a customer like this - seriously will not order with you again as a result despite buying from you for over 20 years. 😡 where is your customer loyalty!!!”
