“I bought my wife a voucher for PS for her birthday this year. The voucher was delivered by mail. I thought this a little bit unnecessary as a print out or an electronic voucher would have sufficed and there was an additional €5 cost for this service. But when the voucher arrived it was well presented and ready to give to her. She bought herself a pair of Salsa jeans with her birthday present and overall I can say I am very happy with the result 😉”

“I recently ordered Gerry Weber cropped black trousers. The delivery arrived on time but when I opened the package, I discovered a pair of slippers!!
Instead of returning the slippers I went to my nearest store (Stillorgan) who dealt with the problem very quickly.
