Excellent customer service. Rather than buy online and maybe have to return shoes, I asked if they could be brought to Stillorgan. Great communication throughout. I also received a €5 gift on my birthday which was a great surprise

Jacket was of poor quality, and had to be returned . Cost of delivery was €4.50 and cost of return was €4.95 nearly €10 was paid out , so I won't be shopping with this company any more.

Ordered two dresses. Delivered next day. They were a perfect fit and exactly as in photo. Loved them both.

The dress I ordered was not the one delivered though I was charged for the more expensive style (which is the one I wanted) The result of the mistake made in the despatch of my order meant I had to drive to a local store to return and get the correct dress (luckily they had my sixe and the correct style of dress in stock) The girls in store at 1 minute to closing time couldnt have been more helpful (Carlow)

I have purchased many items from this website. I am really pleased with my purchases and would highly recommend this company. The items are good quality and well priced. They are delivered quickly and nicely packaged. I have never received such excellent customer services. A pleasure to deal with this company.
