“I'm giving Pamela Scott a very poor review because although I received the jeans I ordered extremely promptly, they were the same size Salsa jeans as the ones I wear, I thought they were a little tight. I sent the jeans back and asked for an exchange for the next size up. The enclosed docket allowed for an exchange. However, I didn't receive a new pair of jeans but instead my money was refunded. This is in spite of the fact that I sent three emails asking for an exchange. It was my first time buying online from Pamela Scott and it would make me reluctant to buy online from them again.”
“I ordered these lovely items in early March but they did not arrive after 2 weeks. When I queried this via email, a very helpful person emailed to say she had located the parcel (which was not delivered by GLS) and would await its return, check it had been addressed correctly and send it out personally. I was delighted. A further update confirmed this was done. But the package still didn’t arrive. Last Saturday (over a month after the order was placed) I found a refund for the amount in my online bank statement. Meanwhile I also received an email indicating that the package must now be lost and that PS would try to re source the items. What a pain.”
“Would be wise of ye to check the invoice with what is being posted to customer to make sure it's what the customer has ordered ( it happened to me) very inconvenient”
“I ordered a coat which was too small. I have since returned it. The parcel was dumped in a ditch about 12 miles from me by the courier. This is not good enough and I am very annoyed over this .”
