I would have given 5 stars but the website is terrible to use, it keeps emptying my basket while I'm browsing and I've had problems actually paying for the order at the end, it's off-putting! The pictures are also not great resolution, when you zoom in they go blurry, I like to zoom in to see the type of material but it's impossible on this site!!! Needs improvement!”

“Whilst the Joseph Ribkoff dress was excellent. The Delivery Service provided by GLS Ireland was abysmal, unable to obtain information on delivery, eventually received information that item was in GLS delivery facility for 7-8 days with no explanation. Took 7 weeks for item to be delivered, even though item ordered was cancelled after 30 days. Would suggest that if you want to provide an online sales outlet, need to find a delivery company who can provide a competent delivery service, suggest using FedEx. A competitor of yours 1ERA Avenue of Canada use FedEx & they can deliver products from Canada within 3 days of receiving an order. You need to address your delivery issues if you want your business to succeed.”
