“I bought a jacket online that turned out to be a bit small. I rang the Douglas branch of Pamela Scott and asked if I could exchange for the next size. The lady I spoke with ( Suzy) was very helpful and friendly and said she would put aside the next size for me. When I went to the store 2 days later I dealt with a different staff member and she was also very efficient and helpful. The customer service was fantastic.
