many thanks for the feedback. I firstly wanted to apologise. I can see that your original enquiry to us has been resolved. I believe the delay in responding was due to a conflict of schedules. We received your first message on Friday 10th August and you were responded to on Tuesday 13th August. The reason for the delay was because our customer services team are not available over the weekends, and unfortunately this means Mondays and Tuesdays are sometimes very very busy.
