“Absolutely nothing wrong with the site but it cost €5 delivery and because the item didn't fit and it would cost up to €9 to return the product which means I would get less than half the original price back. Why am I being financially penalised to return the product because shops are closed due to Covid.”
Hi thanks so much for your review. We understand this frustration and as our current courier cannot offer a lower rate of returns we are in the process of moving. Please bear with us with this process. However, in the meantime whenever the stores re-open, you can return this item for a refund and we will honour that.
