“Shoes arrived quickly, but when I opened the box the suede kitten heels were out of the dust bags provided and the soles were more that just worn by shop try on by previous potential purchasers, as they were the last pair in my size and I needed them for an up coming event I decided to keep them, this wouldn't stop me from purchasing from Pamela Scott's again, but a little more attention to detail on the product would be advisable before posting as I did order them through the website”

I can see that your items were dispatched from our warehouse on 10th October. As this is an international delivery I would advise to wait up to to 10 working days to receipt your items.
