“it is completely up to date with all new developments and it allows you to practice giving the best outcomes from the contract and allows you to replay the game until you have the correct solution and learn from your mistakes. The quizzes are very useful as a marker of where you are in terms of knowledge of the game”

“A brilliant site for learning to play bridge, improving your game by learning to bid accurately and increasing confidence to go out and join a club. I went to a ´learn to play bridgé´ weekend seven years ago, which got me hooked, but I would never have continued without the learning resources on No Fear Bridge. I now play several times a week in different clubs. I am still a member of NFB and enjoy the daily activities and often brush up on the bidding and keep up to date with changes.”

“When I first came across bridge I used the NFB cribsheet, but quickly found the website, and using all the tools learnt all I now know, to the extent that I could hold my own at a club. The provision of Duplicate competition during lockdown was a mind-saver, and the continuing on-line sessions are an added bonus.”

“Really enjoy this ap. it’s varied quizzes and topics cover a wide range of bridge issues . Have introduced many bridge friends to it . It’s also very up to date many bridge teachers do not keep up with newer ideas or conventions.”

“Love No Fear Bridge. Quizzes and bidding practice help me to remember so much. Look forward to the weekly bidding quiz. Have not yet tried the live practice sessions but hope to do so. At the moment I play on BBO on Monday and Thursday mornings.”

“As in any activity, sport or otherwise, "practice makes perfect". Just don't expect to be remotely perfect! However, by playing the daily hands in No Fear Bridge, a member can obtain the practice at different levels of complexity that will make him/her a better player. The Handouts and Tutorials also allow the member to study more complex aspects of Bridge and can be referred back to when inevitably a member forgets the finer points. At c.€1 per week, there is no better value in the Bridge world.”

“NFB is brilliant, the notes are so clear, comprehensive and helpful, the opportunity to play difficult contracts is terrific especially since the solutions are given. My bidding has improved immensely because I can practise bidding so many scenarios. The tutorials are perfect for a beginner and Millionaire is such a lot of fun. Then there is the opportunity to play live which I am looking forward to so much. NFB is amazing and I would recommend it to any aspiring Bridge player!!!”

“I have enjoyed using No Fear Bridge. There is a wealth of information on the website and lots of quizzes to try. My only criticism is that on first glance the website is a little confusing due to the large amount of information there. Perhaps the “tabs” could be improved with overall sections for beginners, improvers etc and then sub sections with the different modules available”

“A very 'flexible site' to suit any level. Bidding practice is really helpful and also the handouts. The explanations are good re making the hand. Have been using it since pre Covid as all lessons etc stopped and that has been very helpful.”

“This site was recommended to me by my neighbour, who was trying to teach me and my partner the game of Bridge. Tried the trial first of all to see how I would get on. Found not too bad, everything is explained and I could follow the Tutorials. My partner raced ahead of me and picked up the game fast. So he likes the Intermediate and Advance sections. Whereas I am just taking things slowly so that I can take things in. Bidding. Declaring. Scoring. I know I will master it in the end, it will take time. I decided to pay the fee so that I would have enough time to learn. I hope to join a game but still need practice. Would recommend No Fear Bridge”
