The content is excellent but the interface is very dated and needs a revamp. In particular the menu system is quite confusing and it's easy to get lost. Having said that it is a very good resource for beginners and intermediate players and I would recommend.

Thanks very much for your feedback and recommendation. You are right the members page and navigation is long overdue for an update. The good news is that it's on our schedule for release early this summer.

This is an incredible site offering a host of solid information. It shares many of the well tested conventions and its interactive exercises are invaluable to the student.

Being a long-standing member, initially, I used NFB as a learning platform with my club partners ie topic pages, quizzes, flashcards, etc. This gave us the tools to select our conventions and discuss play. I now use it as a "warm-up" before tournament play or to play a few hands myself with the daily and new hands. I also use suit practice and I'll be looking at planning practice. Improvement points - home page too busy - I've just noticed live bridge on site! Also when playing a hand perhaps your system could re-jig the defence cards so that after the first failure of making the hand, some defence cards are in a different hand (see BBO practise hands). Over the years the site has come on leaps and bounds and I wouldn't like to be without it. Thank you NFB

I think the site is a fabulous wealth of information, and it's great to have an opportunity to be able to practice bridge with real people in real time. I love that you have 'learning paths' also. However I do find the site a little difficult to navigate and sometimes when you press 'back to X' you get back to a different list of subjects than where you came from. Whilst I like the learning paths as a concept I have had trouble working out where to go next as I work through it and am never sure if I've already read something or not.

As a senior citizen, I have enjoyed using No Fear Bridge since it is clear and user friendly. Technically I believe their tuition is accurate and helpful and they are rigorous in testing the user's knowledge before allowing them to proceed. I am happy to give them my recommendation.

It is very useful for me to have declarer and defence problems with an assessment of my play

No Fear Bridge has been, quite simply, my bridge 'Bible'. It is the most comprehensive and reliable guide to bidding and play - clear explanations of how to play a hand plus extensive bidding topics. It has helped me develop from a complete beginner having lessons to a confident club player. Bridge is a game that is meant to be enjoyed and No Fear Bridge has certainly enhanced this aspect for me. Thank you Leigh for such a valuable resource

I am using no fear bridge as a refresher course which I find extremely useful and enjoyable. I haven’t played bridge for two years so the tips and bidding sections are prodding my memory into action. The social bridge sessions on a Tuesday evening are a great experience too.

As a long term subscriber, part of my daily routine is to play the five daily hands. My Bridge has improved with this sustained approach and I have enjoyed the larger window now in use with the declarer hands; perhaps this could be applied to the defence play as well?

As old age has arrived my memory isn’t as sharp, no fear bridge keeps me on the ball and ready for both club bridge and friends. Tip top advice. BGR.

Thé site layout makes it easy to concentrate on the aspects of play you would like to. I have liked the daily hands and have found many of the topic-based areas useful. I have preferred this site over others I have tried for its clarity of information, smooth navigation of the site and range of topics.

Really like the 3 hands per day and also the practice hands. Initially did competitions but now prefer to play hands. Hands encourage planning (my weakness)

I’ve been a member for many years & I just find it relaxing to play a few games most days. And I try to do the Bidding Quiz once a week.

I have enjoyed many of the activities for many years. I always try to check the bidding before I play the practice hands. Sometimes I just don’t understand it, and would like more explanations. Would there be a possibility to tick off the hands I have played. I make a list myself and check before I play, not that I can remember! I think the website is excellent. Very much enjoyed it during lockdown, and find a quick exercise here and there in the course of the day, a welcome addition to my life. Thank you all so much.

I find the "hands of the day" and random advancer hands help me to keep focused and are good practice in between sessions with my partner.

No Fear Bridge has a vast range of lessons on bidding conventions, tactics during play (both as declarer and defence), how to improve leads, and an invaluable "Tip of the Day" feature which makes excellent suggestions on a variety of topics. Additionally, there is a huge bank of declarer and defence hands on which to practice, including the "Today's Hands" feature which has declarer hands at three levels of difficulty, and a defence hand. I know a number of people who use the website every day, and everyone regards it as easily the best bridge website for improving ones skill at the game.

A very good website with an excellent range of facilities for learning, practising and playing online bridge. Leigh and her team could not be more helpful and are particularly prompt at resolving any issues. I find some of the acol rules on the sight very rigid in that there are often several ways to skin a cat and it would be useful to have them included in the answers. EG i sometimes downgrade a weak 15 HCP semi-balanced hand to 12'14 points and bid 1NT. The system does not like this and awards me nil point. Apart from this inflexibility, NFB is a first class site and has improved my bridge enormously. Thank you
