“Rarely have I been as impressed with the communication, efficiency and friendliness of a business - Picture Perfect Gallery are utterly brilliant and I cannot recommend them highly enough. Russ & Jay have been superb, even if we threw some fairly hefty (and amusing) obstacles in their way - didn't help that my wife and I ordered exactly the same sculpture from them 4 weeks apart (we clearly know each other too well!) Thank you Russ & Jay keep up the good work.”

There was time pressure on the delivery for a gift and the response was excellent as well as updates in communicating the progress of the delivery. “I purchased a Tom Butler Crazy Times print for my Husband's birthday. The online purchase was straight forward but unfortunately they had issues with the confirmation email from the gallery not getting through to some customers using outlook/Hotmail of which I was one. So, after a week I called and Russell looked into it with Jay. They quickly set my mind at rest on the phone and email, ensuring it had been ordered and was out for framing. They sent new emails confirming everything and ensured it was out to me when needed. It arrived in Scotland all the way from Essex without a scratch on the box and in perfect condition. It is a beautiful piece and my Husband was thrilled with it. I also happened to buy it when there was a sale on, so I saved around £65! I would 100% recommend this gallery and will be using them again.”
