“Excellent service all round. I was concerned at first as I have never used Picture Perfect Gallery before but after speaking to Russell I was reassured of everything being genuine and he gave me the advice I asked for. I wanted a different coloured frame to the online picture and that was done for me. My order came about a week sooner than expected but you are informed when the delivery is on it’s way. Packaging was super protective, no worries there. Now I can’t wait to hang my “Mark Grieves” An excellent and fast and reassuring service without a doubt 5 star ⭐️”

“I recently bid at a local auction for a piece of Art and was narrowly outbid. After searching the Internet I came across Picture Perfect Gallery and contacted Russell by telephone. He pulled out all the stops to get me exactly what I wanted at a sensible price. In less than 2 weeks (despite the lockdown!) the piece has arrived in perfect condition. I am very much looking forward to buying again from Picture Perfect Gallery. Roger, Leyburn, North Yorkshire.”

“I have recently purchased a framed Barry Hilton's Crimson Fields of Home (Limited edition print) artwork from Pictures Perfect Gallery with the assistance from Russell. I find Russell to be very professional and friendly from Day 1 of the sales process to the day I have received my purchase. The artwork was carefully packaged to protect it from being damaged while in transit, and I must commend Pictures Perfect Gallery for ensuring it gets to me in mint condition. Although I did have initial reservations about the artwork I have received, mainly because the colours of the artwork on their website is slightly more vibrant than the piece of artwork that was delivered to me, Russell was very understanding and agreed with my concerns and offered me a full refund if I decided to return it. Having spent a couple of weeks looking at the artwork which now hangs proudly in my apartment, I grow to like it more and more and now I absolutely love it! I can't thank Russell enough for his understanding, his reassurance, his patience and professionalism. I highly recommend Pictures Perfect Gallery to all my friends and family. Thank you Russell.
