“I gave picture perfect gallery a last minute impossible task at Christmas but unlike many others they accepted the task to do their best to deliver a mounted & framed limited edition Doug Hyde print. Russell & co pulled out all the stops, kept me updated on progress and not only delivered in time for Christmas but a little early. I cannot recommend them enough, nothing was too much trouble, they were life savers. My item came so well packaged & protected 11 out of 10 from me. My item was just as I expected if not better.”

“Very pleasant people to buy from, they replied very quickly to my messages. And even though there was a delay to my order due to unforeseen circumstances, the team still made sure that I got my order as quickly as possible and kept me well informed with updates on its progress. It was also very well wrapped and protected, so arrived perfect.”

“Picture perfect gallery are amazing. I ordered between Christmas and new year, Rus phoned me to explain everything was closed over that period regarding framing etc but i think he went over and above to sort it out for me as i needed it for my wifes birthday on the 6th. I was kept fully informed at all times and my picture was able to go to the framers the day they opened and i had it in time for my wifes birthday. Would definitely use them again and reccomend to friends. Nathan”

“I have made a few purchases from Picture Perfect over the last few years. I shopped around before making my first purchase and I have stuck with them ever since. Prices are always competitive and items are always extremely well packaged and delivered on time. Russell is always at the end of the phone if needed and provides a real personal touch to his levels of service. I would have no hesitation in recommending Russ and his team and you can order in confidence.”

“Requested delivery for specific Saturday. Russell was good enough to take the time to call and explain that he'd been let down with Saturday deliveries and was concerned the picture wouldn't arrive. He volunteered to refund the £20 delivery if there was any issue. As anticipated the delivery was a late, cost refunded without quibble. We've used Picture Perfect before and will use again without hesitation. Excellent quality product shipped with great protection.”

“Fabulous experience with Picture Perfect and highly recommend. The purchase was for a colleague who was leaving and I had to have the picture delivered within a certain time frame - all went smoothly and Russell kept in close contact giving me updates on when to expect delivery which was perfectly packed and delivered. Russell was always on the end of the phone and would call back if I left a message. Great service, great team and looking forward to purchasing further pictures in 2020.”
