“This was my first experience with picture perfect and couldn’t be more happy. I will definitely order with these guys in the future. I had a personal issue and they where really helpful in sorting this for me. When my item arrived, it was really well packaged so no need to worry about damaged items. Over all, I wouldn’t hesitate to order again. They also had the best price for the item I purchased. Many thanks kirstin”

“A quick Google search for the artwork I was looking for bought up Picture Perfect Galleries who had the picture in stock, with a special offer and also interest free credit. I phoned and spoke with Russell who was really friendly and talked me through the finance contract. Both Russell and Jay kept me up to date about the progress of my order and I was delighted to receive my painting approx 2 weeks after I placed my order. I would recommend them. I am still to hang the picture as need to decorate first!”

“Super efficient and friendly service from Russell. Great communication and updates as to framing and shipping turnaround times, which was speedy even given Covid! Also Russell price matched the same print which was cheaper elsewhere. Faultless service and will definitely come back for my next art purchase :)”

“I recently ordered a Doug Hyde sculpture from Picture Perfect Gallery. It arrived in perfect condition very quickly and the communication from the sellers was fantastic - letting me know when dispatched and a phone call to say it would be a day later due to the bank holiday. The sculpture was very well packaged and I would use the company again to purchase art. Darren.”

“I would highly recommend Picture Perfect Gallery to anyone looking to purchase a painting. The customer service is exceptional, which is difficult to find these days. I ordered a picture for a retirement gift for a colleague and there was a delay in the picture arriving when required, due to COVID-19. I gave my colleague a print out of the gift to show him that we had got him a retirement gift. Unfortunately, he did not like the picture we had chosen from one of his favourite artists. I called Russell to ask whether anything could be done and to my surprise I was advised that I would be able to change the order for a picture my colleague liked. Russell did not hesitate to assist with my request and even informed me that he could provide a voucher, if my colleague was not sure which picture he wanted. As promised, Russell changed the order and my colleague was able to get the picture he wanted. It very difficult to find a company who provide this level of customer service. Thank you Russell for all your help, it is greatly appreciated.”

“I have been collecting Art for over 4 decades and for the first time ever was forced to shop on line which is how I discovered the wonderful guys at Picture Perfect. Their care, friendliness and (unlike so many franchises) knowledge of the product made the whole experience truly special. They despatched the gift I bought for my Partner in time for her Birthday and when I then saw it being sold for less, they immediately refunded the difference as per the promise on their website. Russell and Jay have been an absolute joy to deal with and even if I was able to go into a Gallery, I will now only buy from one place: Picture Perfect Gallery.”
