“I can’t recommend Russell at My Perfect Art highly enough. Acquiring the McKenzie Thorpe print I was looking for had some challenges that Russell went above and beyond to resolve for me. He kept me updated throughout and was always on hand to answer a call when I needed help. I would definitely use My Perfect Art again without hesitation.”

“Excellent service from start to finish. Great communication throughout and well packaged. Even wanted to know that it had arrived safe and all was good. It was a pleasure to order from this company which gives first class service, a rarity in todays world. No call centre but can speak to the owner easily for a very personal experience. Beautiful piece of art from Doug Hyde, will be ordering another one very shortly. Best price around too so if you are looking for a great price in art and great service, don’t look around anywhere else but order from here. Feel lucky to have found this company. First class.”

“I really can't recommend My Perfect Art highly enough. I have dealt with Russ and the team for quite a few years now, beginning when they were Picture Perfect Gallery. It all began with a sentimental request for a particular Doug Hyde picture and the service I received from Russ was outstanding. He really went above and beyond throughout the process and his assistance and solution when there was an issue with the picture months after purchase, resulting in it having to be reframed, just shows what a lovely guy he is and what a great company this is to deal with. Over the years I have purchased a few pieces and I have always received the same treatment. You're made to feel special and important every time and are always kept up to date with any progress. Any queries are dealt with very quickly - what more can you ask for? Nothing seems to be too much trouble. My latest purchase is the Riding HIgh which I have been looking out for for a long, long time. I can't say how thrilled I am to now have it in my collection and can't thank Russ and the team enough for all their assistance. Thanks again - one very satisfied customer :)”
