Hello Daniella, We are a holiday home advertising platform not residential. Static caravans holiday homes should not be used as a permanent residence (you cannot get post sent to a caravan and you don't pay council tax) - they should only be used as holiday homes. When you purchase the caravan park operator will normally ask for proof of residence in the UK such as a utility bill.

“I'd be extremly interested in looking at you caravan. I have cash in full but wondered if you cou can drop the sale price slightly? I'm looking to go into van asap. Is it dog friendly? How much are the site fees and when do the start? Plus how long is the leasehold”
