Hello Justine, We are a holiday home advertising platform not residential. Static caravans holiday homes should not be used as a permanent residence (you cannot get post sent to a caravan and you don't pay council tax) - they should only be used as holiday homes. When you purchase the caravan park operator will normally ask for proof of residence in the UK such as a utility bill.
