Hello Alicen, We are a holiday home advertising platform not residential. Static caravans holiday homes should not be used as a permanent residence (you cannot get post sent to a caravan and you don't pay council tax) - they should only be used as holiday homes. When you purchase the caravan park operator will normally ask for proof of residence in the UK such as a utility bill. The below link will help with residential. www.tingdene.co.uk Thank you!

“I put one as none of the sites have prices on there vans for sale which to me is unusual. And could be said the price is what they think of at the time.. No other company does this as the price you see is the price you pay.”
