“My vehicle was involved in an accident through no fault of my own and the details were passed to the solicitors via my insurance company ,for progressing. I received a phone call from the solicitor who explained clearly and concisely the process of the claim .This reassured me at a time when I was feeling concerned and anxious about insurance claims procedures and having my vehicle repaired. There was a follow up call from the solicitor to advise me in detail of further actions that may take place in recovering vehicle damage costs for another insurance company. Again clear concise explanations were given which provided me with confidence the case was in professional hands.”
