“Had my bike collected from Surrey and delivered to South Wales, collected on time, delivered on time and a great overall service from the initial booking and invoicing. Being able to speak to them direct also provided added assurance and comfort. Big shout out to Liam, lovely friendly guy - great employee !!”

“I’ve never dealt with a company like this before. From point of contact my purchase was collected the following morning and delivered to me the following evening, would have been earlier had I not had other commitments. The guy who delivered to me was in contact with updates to my deliveries progress and once here he was the most pleasant person you’d wish to meet. He was named Liam and was very polite and courteous with no airs and graces and was very good at his occupation, he’d kept my “new” bike in tip top shape throughout the journey and had an ease of maturity which only comes with lots of experience doing that job. All in all - if I’m ever moving another bike, he’ll be the one I want to bring it - if know of anyone moving a bike, he’ll be the one I talk to them about. Brilliant service, can’t say enough good things about you guys at “Move my Bike”, Thankyou very much for all you’ve done for me, can’t wait for some decent weather now to get out for a run on my purchase 🤗 Thanks guys ✨🌟⭐️💫💥 definitely 5 star service 💙”

“I tried using another courier and the communication and service was not great so I decided to use Move My Bike and the difference was night and day. Extremely professional, very fast and the bike arrived in perfect condition. Couldn’t thank the guys enough”

“Move my Bike are a top team.. They always keep you informed of what's happening and Liam got in touch when he was 10 minutes away checking for directions to my house..When the van arrived the bike was strapped in well and covered up.. I can Highly recommend Thanks, Steve”

“Five stars are not enough as that is "very good" six stars for "excellent" should be available for me to award Move my Bike. Seamless from start to finish. Fantastic communication skills throughout and the driver went well above and beyond with the delivery of the bike. Would 100% recommend them and will use again. Thank you Chris and Liam.”
