I’ve never dealt with a company like this before. From point of contact my purchase was collected the following morning and delivered to me the following evening, would have been earlier had I not had other commitments. The guy who delivered to me was in contact with updates to my deliveries progress and once here he was the most pleasant person you’d wish to meet. He was named Liam and was very polite and courteous with no airs and graces and was very good at his occupation, he’d kept my “new” bike in tip top shape throughout the journey and had an ease of maturity which only comes with lots of experience doing that job. All in all - if I’m ever moving another bike, he’ll be the one I want to bring it - if know of anyone moving a bike, he’ll be the one I talk to them about.
