“I used Caitie McCaughan for what should have been a simple house sale. No chain at either end. However, thanks to a less than organized solicitor on the purchaser side Caitie was constantly chasing and having to revisit things we thought were resolved. Throughout she remained thoroughly professional. She turned all requests round within 24 hours, kept me fully informed during the process and did all she could to smooth the final contract signing and ensure I completed well before Christmas. I would have no hesitation in recommending her and she is now drafting my Will.”

“This past Summer was the 4th time our family have used the services of Macaulay Wray for property purchase or sales. Once again, we received excellent service and competitive rates.
