I needed my tank quickly as I was rescuing some fish. I received the tank, unfortunately when it arrived, it was smashed inside the box. Lincs apologised and sent out a new one the very next day which I received in perfect condition. Great communication, after service and went above and beyond to make sure I got my tank in quick time. We bought an aquarium for £100 less than anywhere else. It unfortunately showed in tracking that it couldn't be delivered and had been damaged. I rang Lincs Aquatics and they already knew and had sent a new one which arrived the next day. Perfect service!
