I purchase some pond treatment which came very quickly, well packaged. After reading the bottle I realised that I had ordered the wrong product as I have two sturgeon which would die if I applied the treatment to the water. I contacted Arran who was so helpful and informative, accepted the product back and will refund my money. Brilliant service and I will definitely buy all my future items from them!

Order was quickly despatched and arrived on time. We found that we needed to return one of the five items that we ordered.
Nothing wrong with the item, we found that we did not require it.
We returned the one item and the refund was processed very quickly !.
Yes - I would recommend Lincs Aquatics and will use them again.

Items dispatched by them promptly. Well packed and no problems. Very reasonable price for the Biorb branded plug and pump I ordered so I’m very happy. There was a very slight delay in delivery but that was the fault of Royal Mail and not Lincs Aquatics although Lincs did kindly acknowledge this and refund me the difference in postage charges.

It took over two weeks to get my next-day delivery and I am still waiting for a refund of the extra money I paid for the express service, now over three weeks later. I understand there were stock problems with the specific item I ordered, but it still took many badgering phone calls and emails from me to find out what was going on exactly.

I appreciated receiving a personal email from Dave at Lincs Aquatics to say that the item I had ordered was currently unavailable due to problems with their computer system, however, I was given the option to either be sent an ex-display version or receive a refund or keep the item on order.
