Sadly the pond was split on arrival. As I wasn’t home I missed the two day deadline to photograph the damaged item in order to get a refund or replacement.

Poor experience, informed items not in stock after I had ordered and paid online. Chased a couple of times by email and phone when I would receive my order. I eventually told them to refund the items that were not in stock and send me remaining items?!?! Refund is still pending in my bank account and not cleared for some reason after at least a couple of weeks. Wont be ordering again from this company again!

It is a shame that the item was faulty, which is not the fault of Lincs Aquatics, but disappointing that I had to pay to return a faulty item, and I haven’t yet had the refund or any communication from Lincs Aquatics.

I asked them to ask the driver where they were but they didn't know the phone number of the courier or the courier company, despite having just spoken to them??
The aquarium never appeared, I phoned the next morning and demanded that they refund me the full amount including delivery otherwise I was reporting them to trading standards.

External filter JBLe1502 came without impeller, delivery took longer than 1 week. Comunications to resolve the missing impeller issue, lasted more than week, i bought the impeller from Amazon and get refund from Lincs. When instaling it i found that one rubber seat is still in the filter casing - so the immpeller gone from the shop - not a manufacturer error.
Big disapointment of customer service. Will not recomend the company to enyone.

Website stating it would be delivered in 5 days. Once the order was paid I was told it would be a lot longer than 5 days so I cancelled the order. I was advised I would get a refund in 5 days from cancelling the order it has taken over 3 weeks. Awful service and won't be using them again.
