Absolute first class. Some of the fish I ordered were out of stock, I received a phone call but was unable to take the call. Email was sent to explain and alternative fish was offered which I agreed.. keep me well informed through the whole process to delivery.. When the fish came the were stunning and healthy, they are thriving and growing really well.. first class service definitely order from Lancs Aquatics again

I found that to business was straight forward, if I was to criticise a point, I felt that an email to say how it was going to be delivered would have been nice whether it be in house delivery or an out side delivery company. I was very satisfied with your in house delivery service.
As customers we get so used to having tracked deliveries when we buy products on line.

Delivery driver was not very helpful. Wanted to just put the tank on the kerbside.
This should be stated when ordering goods.
Theirs no way I could have managed to get my order into my house on my own.
