We’ve looked into your order and can confirm it was placed on Friday 16th January and dispatched on Tuesday 20th January, in line with the timescales outlined in our delivery policy. Unfortunately, there was an unexpected delay at the APC hub during transit, which caused the delivery to take longer than intended.
Our records show that the order was delivered and signed for on 24th January. We have raised this with APC directly to better understand the cause of the delay and to help prevent similar issues in future.
We apologise again for the inconvenience this caused and for any frustration around the delivery cost versus experience. We value your custom and hope this isolated issue does not deter you from ordering with us again.
“We've recently been selling Avo Mariandes purchased from Innovative Food. We've had nothing but good feedback from our customers. The Habanero is extremley hot, maybe a little too hot for our customer base but we have found rather adding this to products like Belly Pork works better than marinading in a stir fry. The Korean has becoime a customer favourite along with the Greek. I would recommend these products.”
