Hi Miles We're incredibly disappointed that you have left us a one star review and it appears that your print has been damaged in transit or handling. We responded to your original email 20 hours after initially receiving it, offering you either a refund or a replacement to be sent within a week, we will await your respond but rest assured we will resolve the situation for you and we are not a scam! “Just received my print today and I must say I'm quite disappointed with the final result (paper quality, print quality,...). I could've gone with my local print shop and obtain the same result. Is it profesionnal enough ? Sure, it does the job. Just really overpriced.”

Hi Mathias, We're really sorry to hear you are disappointed with the quality of your print. We pride ourselves on using top quality paper and printing methods. We have only selected partners that use industry leading Giclée printers, printing in up to 12 individual colours leading to museum level quality prints. We also use a museum-quality 200gsm heavyweight fine art paper. The combination should ensure vibrancy and depth of colour for all work uploaded to our site. As for the pricing, we allow artists who use our platform to set their prices as they wish, and I can see that particular print is set as £50 more than our recommended price. Please can you send a photo of your print to hello@goodmoodprints.io so we can see if the quality is below the quality we would expect? Finally, you are entitled to a full refund for your order. You will need to return the goods to our address in the UK - please email us if you would like to do this.   Thanks very much, GoodMood

“Hi goodmood, I'm very glad to my new print. I love the selection of artists. There are so much great pice. Unfortunately the glass of the frame is damaged in the middle. It's a shame considering the price.”
