FINLAY is an independent British eyewear brand founded by four friends in 2012. With stores based in London’s iconic Soho neighbourhood and Notting Hill, we have grown into a close collective of eyewear enthusiasts. From our frame-makers in Italy to our store teams in the UK, we share the same passion for eyewear and eye-care.

“Katie and the Finlay Team were incredibly helpful throughout my experience, especially since I’m ordering from Canada. My first pair of glasses arrived incorrectly and caused dizziness, but when I reached out, they immediately asked me to send them back. Although the return process took some time—mainly due to DHL trying to charge me duties again—Finlay stepped in and made sure I wasn’t double-charged. After a bit of back-and-forth, my replacement glasses finally arrived, and I can see perfectly without any discomfort. I truly appreciate all the effort and communication from Katie and her team. Excellent customer service—I highly recommend Finlay!”
