“Placed an order 28th August, was told there was a delay and it would ship 5th/6th September, chases for an update with no reply it’s not 9th September and I’ve heard nothing. Requested a refund.”
“Unfortunately I ordered wrong size ( entirely my mistake). I instantly contacted to inform of this, after chasing up my email I was assured this would be rectified before dispatched. Unfortunately it wasn't, so now have 2 collars which are too big. Have sent emails to ask if I can change, but none have been answered.
