Hi Jack, We're taken aback to read this, especially because the covers have been delivered to your neighbor. Moreover, we refunded you in full while DHL looked into this. We feel we couldn't have done anymore to look after you, in a frustrating time for us both.

“Seats are great but if you expect a good service don't buy from them . First set did not get delivered so had to order a fresh set and took 3 weeks to get a refund and deducted the postage , Joke”

Dear Mr Benson, we are sorry you feel the service you received doesn’t match the quality of the product. We truly tried our best to look after you, especially as you refused delivery of the first set (single driver's seat) because it didn’t match the cover you bought secondhand. We took on the costs to have this sent back to us, at no fault of our own. As you can see from all our other reviews, we strive for complete customer satisfaction and once again apologise you don’t think you received this same service.
