“The only reason I gave four stars is because I'd placed my order on the understanding it would be delivered for a certain date. When I checked in the week the delivery was due I was informed they wouldn't be delivered til the following week. The sales rep rectified this immediately and I received them on the day I was supposed to but if there hadn't been that miscommunication it would've been five stars.”
