“I suffer from cronic insomnia, part of it caused by menopause. A friend recommended this brand and, having tried over the years everything from acupuncture to HRT medication (which helped for about 6 months) and all sorts of supplements (CBD oil, valerian, essential oils, etc), I was sceptical. However, sheer desperation pushed me to try this brand of magnesium (having tried in the past other brands). I bought all 3 versions (as per the site advice) but started with bisglycinate (which is the suggested version for sleep). I noticed no improvement after a week but then I switched to the taurate version which made a massive difference. I wrote to them and they very promptly explained that some people process the taurate better. I wish I found this product sooner. There are no more issues around falling asleep (which could often take 4-5 hours) and, although I do get up about 3 times per night, in between I manage to sleep restfully. This magnesium also helps with restless feet at night.”
