“I new I had to think about changing my desk jet 510 sooner or later and started to do some research. My first stop was the HP website to see what was available. The answer was not a lot as they did not have all of their printers on there. I then saw DesignSupply. The website was well laid out and all models from different companies were there to look at with all the tech info. So I gave them a call and spoke to James Wilson, whom was very helpful and informative. The next day my printer blew up (it was listening) and I got on the phone and within two days my new printer was here. On start up there was a paper cutting issue off the roll. So I called and got the number to call for dedicated help and it was all done in half an hour. Nothing wrong with the printer it was software on my computer needed updating from HP. Very happy all round”
