“Following annual service in August the Service Team suggested a number of issues that should be addressed including replacing wheel bearings, a leaking clutch slave cyclinder, failed brake fluid test, replacement spark plugs and also provided options for two new tyres. Happy to agree as advice from the team always helpful. Parts ordered and car returned to service team in September for the work to be completed. Service Team called pm to ask if they could keep car overnight as work not complete. Agreed as not an issue and subsequently collected car am the following day. All work completed. Only issue several days later when tyre pressure warning showed on dashboard. Returned to garage for advice and team immediately took car to workshop to check as unable to see any damage or nail/screw in any tyre. None found and team suggested the two new Michelin tyres may have caused a balance issue as other two tyres of different make. Re-set tyre alarm and issue now appears resolved but team suggested to return if problem re-occured. Always sound advice and friendly service from Service team members. Thank you.”
