Ordered 2 items from Denman.1st order was delivered,2nd item no delivery attempted. Denman claim no delivery address was supplied at time if order, however at time of order they sent me an order confirmation email which clearly showed my Delivery address. They then deducted delivery charges from my refund. Appalling service. Shame on you Denman.

Royal Mail lost my package but sat contact vendor. Denman support is AI bot that kept repeating back to me what I said. No refund, no resolution, trying for refund through my bank. Disgusting. Basically theft.

Received the wrong brush after a month of waiting. After getting in touch I was offered the right one, then later told i would get a refund instead. I went out of my way to order from denman and not amazon, and didnt get what i wanted. trying to support the original company did not work. i wanted the product not a refund.

Good quality brush, delivery prompt. Advertised as extra small for short hair.......it was huge so unusable for me. Not worth the hassle of sending back. The buyer pays postage and no refund, just a credit note, this no good to me as I appear to have picked the extra small brush already!

Ordered 2 Brushes online got a dispatch notification. Then another notification saying both out of stock. Bit poor selling items online that are not available and then needing to get either refund or replacement items. Left a little disapointed in the end

I haven’t received my order. Spoke to customer service over two weeks ago, they offer a refund. But haven’t heard from them since. Not replying to my emails or contact form request. And no refund.

Very frustrating that you don't give actual refund, just an exchange credit. Packaging was terrible as is open to dirt etc in shipping process.

You can only get a refund if you don't use the brush which makes sense for hygiene, but it penalizes you for giving it a try.
